StratVerra

Withdrawal and Refunds

Version 1.4 · Effective

1. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from your StratVerra subscription, starting on the day the contract is concluded — the day you subscribe. You do not need to give a reason, and withdrawing costs you nothing.

This right is unqualified for your subscription. Nothing about signing up, starting a trial, or using StratVerra during those 14 days changes or removes it. One-off AI budget top-ups work differently — see section 8.

2. How to tell us

To withdraw, send us any clear statement that you are withdrawing from your contract — our contact page is the quickest way to send it. You’re welcome to use the model form in the next section, but you don’t have to: any unambiguous statement, in your own words, sent by whatever means you prefer, works.

Whichever way you send it, keep a copy for your own records.

3. The model form

If it’s easier, copy the form below, fill in the blanks, and send it to us through our contact page — or to the address printed in the form itself.

To: Nandro IT B.V.
Email: support@tradelunatic.com

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following
service: StratVerra subscription

Ordered on / received on: ___________________________

Name of consumer: ___________________________

Address of consumer: ___________________________

Signature of consumer (only if this form is submitted on paper): ___________________________

Date: ___________________________

4. What happens then

Once you tell us you’re withdrawing, we refund all payments you’ve made under the subscription — without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the day you told us. We refund using the same payment method you used to pay, and you won’t be charged any fee for the refund.

5. After the 14 days

Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, your subscription simply runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You can still cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing, but it does not refund the period you’re currently in, and your access continues until that period ends. See Subscription and payment in our Terms of Service for how billing and renewal work.

6. The free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. It requires no payment method, and it does not become a paid subscription on its own: if you have given us no payment method when it ends, the trial stops and you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund. You do not have to cancel anything for that to happen. If you did add a payment method during the trial and change your mind, you can cancel from the billing portal before the trial ends, the same way you would cancel a paid subscription.

The 14-day withdrawal period in section 1 runs alongside the trial, starting the same day, and ends on the same day the trial does.

7. Your data

Withdrawing from your contract, or cancelling your subscription, does not by itself delete your data. For what happens to your data after cancellation, and how to ask us to delete it, see our Privacy Policy.

8. AI budget top-ups

An AI budget top-up is a separate, one-off purchase, and it works differently from your subscription.

When you buy one, you ask us to add it to your account immediately, and you acknowledge at checkout that doing so means the 14-day right to withdraw does not apply to that purchase. That is because the budget is digital content supplied at once and usable straight away — the moment it is added, we are paying for the AI you use with it.

This applies only to top-up purchases. Your subscription keeps its unqualified 14-day right, exactly as described in section 1.

If we do refund a top-up, the whole of that top-up’s budget is removed from your account, including any part you have not yet used.

If something has gone wrong with a top-up — you were charged twice, it never arrived, it does not work — that is not a withdrawal and this section does not limit anything. Tell us through our contact page and we will put it right.
